Chuck Imbrogno is Manager, Models & Data Analysis at Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) where he leads travel demand modeling, data collection and analysis, forecasting, air quality assessment, and more. 

Erika Eagan is Transportation Data & Models Analyst at SPC where she designs, operates, and interprets travel and forecast models to support planning across the MPO’s 10-county region. 

Nathan Shay is Solutions Engineer at StreetLight. Previously, Nathan worked as a transportation planning and traffic engineering consultant serving DOTs and MPOs throughout the country. Prior to that Nathan started his career as a travel demand modeler working for the MPOs in Columbus, Ohio and Houston Texas.
